Is my LED neon sign waterproof?
No all LED neon signs are for interior use only. If needed to be used outside then the LED neon needs to go into a 5mm clear acrylic box. This can be chosen under the “CHOOSE YOUR BACKBOARD” option.

How big will my personalised neon sign be?
Due to the nature of the materials, the minimum letter height is approximately 10cm. Currently, our bespoke sign builder can cater for up 20 characters (including spaces) – but if you’re looking for more, simply contact us for a bespoke quote. If your neon sign comes to longer than 150cm we will need to supply the sign sections, but we will advise you of this.
What colours and fonts can I have on my neon sign?
We offer 16 different options for personalised neon signs – with eight of those colours appearing white when the sign is turned off, while eight retain their colour even when the neon light is unplugged.

What background will my custom neon sign have?
All our LED neon signs are mounted on a clear 8mm thick acrylic backboard as standard with polished edges all round.We offer three backing options at no extra cost.
We are also able to offer the clear acrylic stand option or – for that traditional neon sign finish – a clear acrylic box.
Your new LED neon sign will come with 4.2 metres of cable which is attached to a small LED driver and a UK plug.
Standard orders will take 1-2 weeks with shipping to UK mainland addresses charged at £18.50. Orders over £350 qualify for free delivery, while you can also collect your sign from our Huddersfield workshop.
